Quantum Growth (Quantum Growth LLC) is an independent, woman-owned executive coaching and leadership development practice founded by Janika Smit in 2020 and headquartered in Pittstown, New Jersey. The practice is built on a simple belief: the right support at the right moment can change the trajectory of a career, a team, or an organization, not incrementally, but exponentially.

Janika Smit is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Growth LLC. She brings more than 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in Organizational Change Management, HR, talent development, and business transformation. As a Senior Director at Wyndham Worldwide, she led complex, enterprise-scale change initiatives and understands the real pressure of driving transformation from inside major organizations.

Today Janika channels that hard-won experience into coaching, working with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies and highly ranked U.S. Military leadership. As a BetterUp Premier Executive Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she is also a certified practitioner of Emergenetics, DiSC, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, with individual and group workshop delivery across all three frameworks.

Beyond her coaching practice, Janika serves as President of the BW NICE Hunterdon County Chapter, a women’s business networking organization supporting SAFE in Hunterdon. She is a multi-year Emcee for Newbridge Services annual charity events, a Platinum Facilitator for #IAmRemarkable (a Google initiative) with 800+ participants trained, and was recognized as Top of Class during her HR Certification. In 2014 she received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award for her service as President of ALS New Brunswick. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Seton Hall University’s Transformative Leadership Program.
